The array is our liability, not yours
We are licensed and insured for the solar work specifically. While the panels are off your roof they are on our paper, and our photo log documents their condition before anyone touches them — which is what ends the damage argument two months later.
Detach in a day, reset in days — not weeks
Sending it back to the original installer puts your tear-off on their calendar. We schedule around your dates: panels off before the tear-off, back on within days of the new roof going on, so your job closes and you get paid.
Documentation you can hand to the homeowner
Phase-tagged photos, damage counts on panels, tile and racking, daily logs with crew and hours, and a branded photo log PDF at closeout. Torque and continuity checks on the reset, and the system verified producing before we leave.

One per-panel rate covers both trips

Email, phone, or straight into your contractor portal. Roof type and story count is all we need to price it — you see the number before you commit.
We confirm your dates
Usually the same business day. Detach lands before your tear-off, reset lands after the new roof, both on your schedule.
Detach — panels staged and protected
Array comes off, racking comes off, penetrations documented. Panels staged on-site or hauled and stored, your call.
Reset and closeout
New flashing at every penetration, wind-code-compliant attachment, system recommissioned, photo log PDF delivered to your office.
