Job information you submit: site address, homeowner or site contact details, system and roof details, requested dates, job and PO numbers, and notes.

Work records our crews create: photos, condition logs, daily logs, signatures, checklists and messages tied to a job.

Basic technical information from your device — browser type, approximate location by IP, and pages used — for security and troubleshooting.

To schedule, perform, document and invoice detach and reset work; to communicate about jobs; to maintain records for insurance, warranty and legal purposes; and to improve the platform.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Our crews and vetted fulfillment partners assigned to your job, limited to what they need to perform the work.

Service providers who host our platform, send our email, process payments and geocode addresses, under contract and only for those purposes.

Others when required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Job records, including photo and daily logs, are retained as business records for at least five years so we can document work performed.

Access is limited by account role, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password.
