Why roofers hand us the array
- Roofing contractors are our only customer — we never bid your roof
- Red (detach) and Green (reset) phases scheduled around your crew
- Per-panel and per-tile damage counts, issued the same day
- Florida Building Code wind-load attachment, HVHZ included
- Branded photo log PDF at closeout, ready for the homeowner file
- Residential, commercial, and carport arrays statewide
Process
Two phases, bracketed around your roofing crew
Phase 1 — Detach
Every panel is photographed and condition-logged before it is touched. The array, racking, and wiring come off by roof plane, labeled, and panels go to padded racks or a secured trailer. Damage counts for panels, tile, and racking are in your hands the same afternoon.
Between phases — Storage
Panels are never left loose on an open deck overnight. They stay racked and covered on site, or move to secured off-site storage when the roof schedule stretches past the forecast. Chain of custody is photographed at every handoff.
Phase 2 — Reset
Panels go back in their documented positions with new flashing at every penetration, slip sheets under ballast pads, wind-uplift-compliant attachment, torque checks, bonding continuity, and a production check against pre-detach readings.
