How onboarding works
Step 1
Apply with your license and insurance
Tell us the regions you cover, your crew size, and the roof types you work. We verify license and certificates before activation.
Step 2
Claim offered jobs in your regions
Dispatches in your area show up in the crew app with the panel count, roof type, date, and your exact payout before you commit.
Step 3
Run the SOP and get paid
Complete the checklist, photo log, and daily log. Once dispatch finalizes the log, your invoice is issued on Net-30 terms.

Licensed and insured crews only. Dispatch reviews applications within two business days and follows up by phone before activation.
