Solar panel cleaning in Florida
Florida Solar Reset washes rooftop solar arrays with soft brushes and pure water, removing the pollen, salt, dust, and bird mess that quietly cut a Florida system's output.
Florida is hard on glass. Spring pollen, summer dust, coastal salt film, and bird droppings all build a haze that no rain fully rinses, and shaded cells drag down the whole string. We clean by hand from the roof or from ladders and poles, with no pressure washers, no abrasives, and no chemicals that stain frames or shingles.
Best if: your production has quietly dropped, or you have never had the array washed.
How it works
1. Inspect and photograph
We photograph the array as found, flag cracked glass, delamination, or loose hardware before touching anything, and note bird nesting under the panels.
2. Soft wash
Soft-bristle brushes with deionized or filtered water. No high pressure on seals, no abrasive pads, and nothing that voids a panel warranty.
3. Report
Before-and-after photos of each roof plane and a short note on anything we found that needs attention.
What panel cleaning costs
Cleaning is billed per panel with a small job minimum. Bird guard installation, heavy nesting cleanout, and three-story or tile-access work are quoted on top.
